Our Protocols & Procedures
As we are all aware, the recommended protocols for businesses and other public spaces are being regularly updated to address the ever-changing risk levels posed by COVID-19. Our hospital strives to keep our staff and our clients safe by following the protocols laid out by Canada's Chief Public Health Officer and the Provincial Chief Medical Officer.
When you book an appointment for your pet, please ask what the current protocols are regarding bringing your pet in for an appointment at Bridlewood Animal Hospital, or call us anytime for clarification on our safety protocols.
For clients who do not want to travel into the clinic, please utilize our Hospital’s Online Store. This can be a great resource to ensure proper social distancing while still providing you with the medications and nutritional products your pet needs.
